PARACUSE works with Beyond Natural Health Center

PARACUSE recently went to the Erie Mansion in Clyde, NY with a Psychic Development Class during Ghost Walk II 2011. The class had many experiences and was able to confirm earlier findings of PARACUSE and the owner Mark Wright. Each student was sent with an investigator from PARACUSE to various locations within the mansion and evidence was recorded. Dorena Clifton of the Beyond Natural Health Center on State Fair Blvd. in Syracuse, NY was the instructor of the group.

Non-Scientific Paranormal Research - Those of us affiliated with PARACUSE are always researching and developing our investigative method so we can provide the most thorough Investigation possible for our client. Our group initially took only a scientific approach to each investigation which we have found was only providing one piece of the puzzle. We became introduced to the non-scientific approach to paranormal investigating by our good friend and Honorary Member Sandy Barnes from Iron Island Museum. Initially we were naturally skeptic, but we would soon learn differently. We researched and tested many theories and met with several sensitive and intuitive type individuals. Our research concluded with the need to continue working with the non-scientific methods in paranormal research due to the positive results we received.

New Member Orientation -
PARACUSE recently orientated 5 new members to the group. The new team members participated in classroom training, learning about the various pieces of equipment understanding the uses and limitations. They were also instructed in PARACUSE procedures and operations along with different types of haunting's and spiritual activity. The second phase of their training is the hands-on portion where the new team members set-up and operate the equipment such as the various meters, camera's and Dowsing Rods assisted by our veteran Investigators. During this phase they also conducted single and group EVP Session's, worked on debunking skills, EMF detection and reporting personal experiences at our training location which has documented activity. The third phase of their training is now in the field working closely with our Lead Investigators developing their newly learned skills and techniques.

New Equipment - PARACUSE has mainly been a scientific research group. While investigating one evening we were introduced to Dowsing Rods. Naturally skeptic, we decided to train and conduct some of our own research and development. We were amazed by the results and have had added Dowsing Rods to our arsenal of equipment. We now consider our group scientific and non-scientific researchers. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible service and conclude our investigations with every opportunity explored to reach a positive and productive outcome. Our Dowsing Team consists of team members - Terri Pulaski, Jim Bergman, Jeanette Newman, Sharon Ferraro, Jamie Kociuba, Lindsay Kociuba, Rob Thompson and Scott Clark.

Investigator Jeanette Newman using the Dowsing Rods during a group demonstration where doors opened, cold spots felt, and lights flickered. Lead Investigator Scott Clark uses the Dowsing Rods in the basement of an old home to locate the possible burial sites from murders committed in the home during the early 1920's.

The team also has recently purchased a second DVR/IR Camera system to handle double booking of cases, large IR Camera's, new Video Recorders, a Full-Spectrum Camera, and a variety of meters. The team has began providing House Clearing and Smudging Services as part of their duties.

Promotion - Brittany Conlon has been promoted to Lead Investigator. Brittany a Senior in High School has been with PARACUSE for nearly two years and has developed in to an excellent investigator with good debunking skills. She has taken on the roll of educating and training new members and working with our guest investigators. Congratulations!
